The Chairman of Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP), Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, on Saturday inaugurated the Women Sindh Pink Football Tournament in Karachi’s Lyari international football ground.

Speaking to media on the occasion, the chairman PPP asserted that the tournament was the vision of his mother, Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, to introduce the sports facilities for the youngsters specially for women in the country.

He expressed hope that these initiatives will empower women of the Sindh province to represent Pakistan in the different games around the world.

As reported by the APP, a total of sixteen teams, comprised of various districts’ players of the province, taking part in the tournament.
