Pakistan has set a new world record for creating the world’s largest human flag, previously held by India.
The achievement took place at the Lahore Youth Festival, where students from Army Public School (APS) and Garrison Education System, Lahore came together to form the Pakistani flag.
The previous record, held by 7,368 students in India, while Pakistan broke this record as over 10,000 students participated to form the flag.
The event – organized by the Punjab government – was a centerpiece of the Youth Festival, with students proudly celebrating their accomplishments through music and national songs after setting the unique record.
The Youth Festival finals, scheduled from November 8 to 10 at Lahore Cantt’s Fortress Stadium, will feature vibrant opening and closing ceremonies.
