Weather Karachi

Fog likely to cover parts of Karachi

Karachi is set to experience fog on Friday and Saturday, particularly in its outskirts, as hot and dry winds from Balochistan affect the region, according to a report by Express News.

The Early Warning Centre of the Meteorological Department has warned that these winds will lead to fog formation during the early mornings, resulting in low visibility for a short period, causing potential disruptions for commuters, especially in the outer areas of the metropolis.

In addition to the fog, Karachi will experience warm and humid weather, with temperatures expected to reach between 34 and 36 degrees Celsius. The weather department indicated that other districts in Sindh province are also likely to face hot and dry weather conditions.

The Met department advises residents to stay cautious during the foggy hours, particularly on roads, as reduced visibility may affect travel.
