After struggling with two consecutive ducks in his first two matches, the opening batter made history in the third game.
He smashed a century in just 44 balls, becoming the fastest Pakistani to score a T20 International hundred. He broke Babar Azam’s record, who had reached the milestone in 49 balls.

Hassan’s explosive innings also made him the third-fastest batter worldwide to score a T20I century, behind England’s Liam Livingstone (42 balls) and South Africa’s Quinton de Kock (43 balls).

Born in Layyah, he is the first cricketer from his region to play at the top level.
He made a name for himself in the Champions T20 Cup, where he was the second-highest run-scorer with 312 runs at a strike rate of 142.47. His impressive form earned him a call-up to the national team.
In PSL 2023, he played for Islamabad United but struggled. In PSL 2025, Quetta Gladiators picked him in the Emerging category for $100,000.
