Over 42,000 Pakistani Pilgrims Arrive in Saudi Arabia for Hajj

A spokesman for the Ministry of Religious Affairs announced that a total of 42,763 Pakistani pilgrims under the government scheme have arrived in Saudi Arabia through 174 flights as of Thursday.

The Ministry further disclosed that the Pakistan Hajj Mission is set to accommodate 70,105 government-sponsored pilgrims along with over 80,000 private pilgrims.

Additionally, it was revealed that within the next 10 days, an estimated 27,342 pilgrims under the government scheme will reach Makkah.

The Ministry of Religious Affairs also provided details of the departure of Hajj pilgrims, stating that more than 13,500 individuals have departed for Saudi Arabia under the private Hajj scheme.

Furthermore, the spokesman confirmed that all pilgrims arriving directly at Madinah will be transported to Makkah by June 1.
