Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 8 matches will be played from February 14 to 26, 2023, at the National Bank Cricket Arena (National Stadium Karachi).

In preparation for the matches, Karachi Traffic Police has issued a special traffic plan covering parking arrangements, road closures and alternative routes for cricket fans and media personnel.
Parking Arrangements for Media
Media personnel have been provided with parking facilities at the National Coaching Centre/China Ground on Sir Shah Sulaiman Road.
- From Karsaz: Media personnel should reach the National Coaching Centre/China Ground via Habib Ibrahim Rehmatullah Road, under the Stadium Flyover.
- From Millennium: Media personnel should use Stadium Road (Pir Sibghatullah Shah Rashidi Road) to reach the National Coaching Centre/China Ground, located beneath the Stadium Flyover.
- From New Town: Media personnel should travel via Stadium Road and park at the National Coaching Centre/China Ground on the left side after Aga Khan Hospital.
- Parking Arrangements for the Public
A designated parking area has been established at Gharib Nawaz Football Ground near Dalmia for cricket fans travelling to the National Stadium from different parts of Karachi.
Fans with valid match tickets will be required to show their original CNIC and match ticket to use the parking facility.
Fans can park their cars and motorcycles at the designated location and will then be transported to the National Stadium through a shuttle service.
Roads to Be Closed
During the matches, traffic heading towards the stadium will not be allowed through Liaquatabad No. 10 and Hassan Square Bridge.
Similarly, traffic coming from University Road towards the Expo Centre and Stadium will be restricted.
Traffic from Hassan Square towards Stadium Road will continue to operate.
Heavy Traffic Restrictions
The following routes will face restrictions for heavy vehicles:
- NIPA towards Sohrab Goth
- Hassan Square towards Liaquatabad No. 10
- PP Chowrangi towards University Road
- Karsaz towards Stadium
- Millennium towards New Town
Entry of all types of heavy traffic will be prohibited from Stadium Signal to Hassan Square during the match days.
Traffic Police Advisory
Karachi Traffic Police has urged citizens to cooperate with law enforcement agencies and follow the traffic plan to avoid inconvenience.
The public has also been advised not to park cars or motorcycles on service roads or main roads and to use only the designated parking areas.
