Pakistan Physical Disability Cricket Association (PPDCA) announced the dates of 8th National Physical Disability Cricket Championship.
As per the schedule which was released during the press conference here today, home side Karachi will take on Bolan in the opening match here at Oval Ground, National Bank Cricket Arena (previously National Stadium) on December 3.
As many as 16 teams will compete in the knockout stage of the tournament in five different cities. Karachi alongside Multan, Sialkot, Peshawar, and Islamabad will host the championship.
Teams’ lineup includes Karachi, Bolan, Hyderabad, Quetta, Lahore, Sialkot, Peshawar, FATA, Multan, Faisalabad, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Islamabad, Azad Kashmir, Rawalpindi, Abbottabad.
Bahawalpur will defend their title as they beat Multan last year to lift the coveted trophy.
