For Pakistani citizens going abroad for employment, obtaining a Protector of Emigrants (POE) stamp is a legal requirement issued by the Government of Pakistan through the Protectorate of Emigrants.
This clearance officially registers a person as an emigrant worker and ensures legal protection while working overseas.
Without this protector stamp, an individual is not legally recognized as an emigrant, which may lead to travel restrictions, legal issues, or lack of official support in the destination country.
