Gold prices in Pakistan witnessed a significant upward movement on Wednesday, April 1, reflecting continued strength in the local bullion market.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs. 15,300, reaching Rs. 494,062.

Similarly, the rate of 24-karat gold per 10 grams rose by Rs. 13,117 to Rs. 423,578, while 22-karat gold per 10 grams climbed by Rs. 12,024 to Rs. 388,293.
Gold rates in Pakistan for Wednesday, April 1, 2026:
- Gold, 24K per tola: Rs. 494,062 (+15,300)
- Gold, 24K per 10 grams: Rs. 423,578 (+13,117)
- Gold, 22K per 10 grams: Rs. 388,293 (+12,024)
Meanwhile, international gold prices also saw an increase, gaining $153 to settle at $4,713 per ounce.

Market analysts attributed the rise to sustained buying interest and positive sentiment in both local and global markets.
All rates are officially certified by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, based on interbank exchange rates for 999 purity (24K).
