The price of 24-karat gold per 10 grams fell to Rs. 457,186, down by Rs. 6,087, while 22-karat gold per 10 grams declined to Rs. 419,102, registering a drop of Rs. 5,580.
The decline comes after a brief consolidation phase earlier in the week, as the local market responded to a significant drop in global bullion prices.
