Gold prices in Pakistan remained unchanged on Friday, following yesterday’s decline after a seven-day rally.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola stayed at Rs. 540,562, while the rate for 24-karat per 10 grams remained Rs. 463,444.

The price of 22-karat gold per 10 grams also held steady at Rs. 424,839.
The stability in local rates mirrors the international gold market, where the price per ounce remained at $5,178.
Market analysts say the current pause reflects a balance between investor demand and global supply trends.
Gold Rates in Karachi for Friday, February 27, 2026:
- Gold, 24K per tola: Rs. 540,562 (unchanged)
- Gold, 24K per 10 grams: Rs. 463,444 (unchanged)

Earlier this year, gold had reached record highs, scaling $5,594.82 per ounce on January 29, marking a 20% rise in 2026.

While prices have now stabilized, analysts note that global economic uncertainty, geopolitical tensions, and safe-haven demand continue to influence gold’s trajectory.
Traders continue to monitor international trends closely, anticipating any movements that could affect domestic rates.
All rates are officially certified by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, based on interbank exchange rates for purity 999 (24K).
