The Gold rate in Karachi, Pakistan witnessed another historic session on Monday, following a strong rally in international markets.
The price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs. 10,900 to reach Rs. 532,062. The price for 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs. 9,345 to Rs. 456,157.

The data shows 22-karat gold also rose substantially, by Rs. 8,567 to Rs. 418,159. This affects a wide range of jewelry commonly sold in domestic markets.
The price surge was fueled by international markets, where gold gained $109 to reach $5,097 per ounce.

Silver saw an even more dramatic percentage increase, with the Tola rising by Rs. 627 to Rs. 11,428. The 10-gram rate for silver jumped by Rs. 537 to Rs. 9,797.
The price surge was fueled by international markets, where International silver rose by $6.27 to reach $109.53 per ounce.
The local rates, calculated on interbank exchange rates, are certified by the trade association. All listed prices are for 999 (24K) purity.

Last week, gold prices in Pakistan surged sharply on Saturday, reaching new highs as the market reacted to rising international bullion rates.
According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs 6,500, reaching Rs 521,162.
Similarly, the price of 24-karat gold per 10 grams rose by Rs 5,573 to Rs 446,812.
