Karachi has been experiencing colder weather following recent rainfall, with chilly winds from Quetta blowing at speeds of 20 to 22 km/h, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department.

These winds are expected to strengthen, reaching speeds of 30 to 35 km/h tomorrow, January 24, making the cold feel more intense.

The Meteorological Department has said that the cold weather may continue in Karachi until the end of this month.

Night-time temperatures are expected to range between 9°C to 12°C, while day-time highs could stay between 22°C to 24°C.

Meanwhile, the city experienced clear weather on Friday as cold and dry winds continued to dominate the city’s climate, bringing a noticeable drop in temperature.
