The Pakistan Tape-Ball Premier League (PTPL) 2025 continued to entertain fans with high-octane action as Karachi Kids and Hyderabad Hunters secured emphatic victories in matches organised by Badar Expo Solutions in collaboration with the Pakistan Tape-Ball Foundation.

In match seven, Karachi Kids produced a dominant all-round display to defeat Peshawar Shaheens by 62 runs.

After opting to bat first, Karachi Kids set the tone early and never allowed Peshawar back into the contest.

Zaheer Ahmed emerged as the standout performer, contributing with both bat and ball to earn the Player of the Match award.

Asad Shah provided late momentum with a rapid 20 off just six balls, while Usama Ali anchored the innings with a blistering 48 from 18 deliveries.

For Peshawar Shaheens, Bahadur Ali fought back with an explosive 35 off 12 balls.

Ubaid Ur Rehman struck twice with crucial wickets, but Zaheer Ahmed’s two key breakthroughs ensured Karachi Kids remained firmly in control.

Match eight saw Hyderabad Hunters register a commanding seven-wicket win over Rawalpindi Royals.

Despite Rawalpindi’s strong start, powered by Taimoor Mirza’s sensational 69 off 23 balls and a three-wicket spell from Chota Muneeb, Hyderabad Hunters responded with composure.

Aminullah and Ashraf Malinga delivered timely wickets to halt Rawalpindi’s momentum, while Mimran Khan kept the chase alive with a quick 39 off 13 balls.

Shakeel Shah then sealed the match with a calm yet decisive 32-run knock, earning Player of the Match honours for his all-round impact.

The tournament action continues today, December 26, at Naya Nazimabad Stadium, Karachi, with two exciting fixtures lined up.

Karachi Kids will face Quetta Qurbans in match nine, followed by Larkana Warriors taking on Rawalpindi Royals in match ten later in the evening.

All PTPL 2025 matches are being broadcast live on Geo Super and BTV, with streaming also available on YouTube via Badar Television.

Adding further excitement to the league, Badar Expo Solutions has introduced a performance-based reward programme in partnership with GFS Builders & Developers.

Under this initiative, any player who hits three consecutive sixes or claims a hat-trick in a single match will receive a plot file.

Spectators also have a chance to win free plot files by registering through the Badar Expo application.
