The third day of the seventh round of the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy brought dominant performances from Sialkot, Peshawar, and FATA, while Karachi Blues batter Shan Masood stood out with a brilliant career-best double century.

Sialkot defeated Multan by 204 runs, while FATA crushed Bahawalpur by an innings and 86 runs.

Peshawar also triumphed over Lahore Whites by 85 runs.

At the Diamond Cricket Ground in Islamabad, Peshawar were dismissed for 237 in their second innings against Lahore Whites.

Israrullah scored 76 runs, while Noman Ali bagged five wickets for 112 runs, finishing with nine wickets in the match.

Mohammad Abbas also claimed four wickets in second innings.

Lahore Whites, chasing 253, were bowled out for 167.

Khawaja Mohammad Abdullah scored 52 runs, while Sajid Khan took five wickets for 60 runs, completing a 10-wicket haul in the match to earn the Player of the Match award.

While at the Shoaib Akhtar Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi, Karachi Blues declared their second innings at 451 for 5 against Abbottabad.

Shan Masood remained unbeaten on a superb 250, hitting 28 fours and six sixes, while Rameez Aziz contributed 78 runs.

Abbottabad were set a target of 519 and reached 147 for 4 at stumps, with Kamran Ghulam unbeaten on 47.

At Abbottabad Stadium, Faisalabad declared their second innings at 221 for 2 against Islamabad.

Hasan Raza remained not out on 106, while Awais Zafar scored an unbeaten 52.

Islamabad were set a target of 449 and closed the day on 159 for 1.

Shamyl Hussain was unbeaten on 101 off 17 fours and a six, while Abdul Faseeh made 57.

In Peshawar, Bahawalpur were bowled out for 164 in their second innings against FATA.

Mohammad Umair top-scored with 32 runs, while Hayatullah and Sirajuddin picked three wickets each.

Khushdil Shah was named Player of the Match for his all-round performance.

At the Margazar Cricket Ground, Multan were bowled out for 186 in pursuit of a 391-run target against Sialkot.

Zain Abbas top-scored with 43 runs, while Hamza Nazar claimed five wickets for 64 runs.

Mehran Mumtaz picked up four wickets, finishing with nine in the match to win the Player of the Match award.

The round featured dominant bowling displays and standout batting efforts, with Shan Masood’s unbeaten 250 emerging as the highlight of the day in Karachi Blues’ commanding performance.
