The Karachi City Court has ordered the police on Monday, to not lodge further FIRs against the people, who found violating COVID SOPs, rather a written complaint should only be filed.
The judicial magistrate shared remarks on cases said, there are already the number of cases piled up against the citizens violating corona restrictions.
The police have been asked to not lodge more FIRs on section 144, the court has directed them to only file a written complaint on them instead.
Reminding the police of its earlier instructions, the court has asked them to dress down for not following the order. The court further warned police of actions against them while ordering a release of those detained in violations of corona restrictions.
