1. Spain
Spain ranks first for its excellent internet, high-quality healthcare, and warm environment. Its digital nomad visa, launched in early 2023, offers flexible requirements and allows applicants to bring their families. A minimum monthly income of $2,646 is required.
2. United Arab Emirates (UAE)
The UAE secures second place due to its top-tier internet speed, zero taxes, and advanced facilities. Applicants must have a minimum monthly income of $3,500.
3. Montenegro
Montenegro offers low living costs and taxes ranging from 0pc to 15pc. To qualify, applicants need a minimum monthly income of $1,350.
4. Bahamas
The Bahamas provides tax-free remote work without any minimum income requirement. Its scenic beaches make it an ideal spot for digital nomads.

5. Hungary
Hungary allows up to six months of tax-free residence for digital nomads. Applicants must earn at least $3,000 per month.
6. Canada
Canada’s digital nomad visa lasts six months and requires no minimum income. However, workers pay taxes between 15pc and 33pc.
7. Romania
Romania offers a six-month visa with a 10pc tax rate. It is one of Europe’s cheapest countries, but applicants must earn at least $3,950 monthly.
8. Portugal
Portugal requires a minimum monthly income of $3,548 and a 20pc tax rate for its six-month visa.
9. Brazil
Brazil’s visa requires $1,500 monthly income. Tax rates range from 0pc to 27pc for a six-month stay.
10. Curaçao
Curaçao offers a unique 0pc tax rate with no income requirement, making it a highly attractive option.
