The WCL event organizers have confirmed that Pakistan has reached the final of the World Championship of Legends (WCL) 2025, after India pulled out from the Semi-final of the event.
As per the official announcement, the final match will go ahead as scheduled on Saturday, August 2, at 16:30, with gates opening at 15:00 and Pakistan will face the winner of the semi-final clash between South Africa and Australia.
The reasons for cancellation were not detailed in the statement. However, the other semi-final match between South Africa and Australia will proceed as planned on the same day at 16:30.
As a result of the cancellation, all ticket holders will receive a 50 percent refund, covering the cost of the first semi-final.
Organizers have clarified that tickets will no longer be on sale either online or at the venue, to ensure better logistical planning ahead of the final.
Refunds will be processed automatically to the original purchaser using the original payment method. The refund may take up to 30 days to appear on bank or credit card statements.
Fans are advised to arrive early on Saturday to avoid delays, with gates opening at 15:00 for the final showdown.
