The NTDC Grid Girls internship program 2025 invites female engineering students to gain real-world project experience through a paid internship, in partnership with ADB.
What Is the Grid Girls Internship?
This fully funded internship is only for girls and offers engineering exposure, leadership coaching, mentorship, and a monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000 from NTDC.
Eligibility:
The program is designed to empower women in Electrical, Electronics, and Civil Engineering fields, including DAE, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and recent graduates.
Two cohorts are available: the first for final-year or Master’s students, and the second for early to mid-stage undergraduates and technical training students.
Cohort 1:
Cohort 1 lasts two months and focuses on hands-on work at national energy and infrastructure projects, starting this summer under expert supervision.
Cohort 2:
Cohort 2 runs one month and overlaps with Cohort 1, offering a learning-based environment for students to explore fieldwork and engineering practices.
Who Should Apply?
Applicants should have academic or internship experience and be able to commit full-time. Those with a passion for engineering are highly encouraged.
