IDEAS 2024 partners with PIA to promote Defence Exhibition

Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has the official Airline Partner for IDEAS 2024 (Arms for Peace), the premier defence exhibition in Pakistan.

As part of this strategic partnership with Badar Expo Solutions, PIA will showcase its support by displaying the IDEAS 2024 insignia on six of its aircraft and Airline crew Vehicles Notably, this includes the Boeing 777-LR (Registration No. AP-BGZ), a renowned aircraft that once held the world record for the longest non-stop commercial flight.

The selection of this iconic aircraft to carry the IDEAS logo underscores a commitment to highlighting Pakistan’s technological achievements and promoting its global presence through one of the most recognized aircraft in the aviation industry.

Chief Minister of Sindh, Murad Ali Shah, observed and finalized plans on Tuesday for the upcoming 12th International Defence Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS 2024) scheduled to be held on 19 – 22 November at Karachi’s Expo Centre.

CM Sindh chaired the third steering committee meeting for the 12th – IDEAS 2024 – which will take place from November 19 to 22 at the Karachi Expo Center.

The meeting was attended by provincial ministers, Mayor of Karachi, Director General Defense Export Promotion Organization (DEPO), DG Rangers, Sindh’s Chief Secretary, Home Secretary, and other relevant officers.

Murad Ali Shah has said that the event – IDEAS 2024 – will also boost the strategic relation of Pakistan with the international fraternity.

During the meeting, Murad Ali Shah announced the ‘Karachi show’ on November 21 for the citizens, at Karachi’s Seaview near Nishan-e-Pakistan, as part of the event.

“Pakistan has played an important role in maintaining the stability and balance of world peace,” Shah stated, adding that hosting the 12th defence exhibition is a testament to Pakistan’s commitment to promoting technological development and exchange in the region.
