According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat silver per tola rose by Rs. 54, settling at Rs. 6,291.
The price of 24-karat silver per 10 grams also climbed by Rs. 46, settling at Rs. 5,393.

International silver prices also edged higher, rising by $0.54 to settle at $58.12 per ounce, recovering modestly after Saturday’s decline had pulled global rates back below $58 on the first day of August.
The uptick in global silver rates was reflected in domestic pricing, with Karachi silver prices advancing steadily across all categories throughout Monday’s session.
Monday’s gain of Rs. 54 per tola recovers most of Saturday’s decline of Rs. 57 per tola, effectively returning prices close to where they had stood at the end of last week.
Karachi Silver Prices Recover After Saturday’s Disappointing Start to August
Monday’s advance follows Saturday’s decline of Rs. 57 per tola, which had pushed Karachi silver prices down to Rs. 6,237 and reversed most of Friday’s recovery of Rs. 79 per tola in a single session.

Saturday’s poor opening to August had continued the deeply frustrating pattern of brief recoveries being quickly reversed that had characterized the metal’s behaviour throughout the second half of July.
Monday’s recovery of Rs. 54 per tola, while modest, does at least restore the positive momentum that had appeared to be building at the end of last week, and pushes Karachi silver prices back to the Rs. 6,291 level, close to where they had been at the close of Wednesday’s session.
The question now is whether the market can sustain this recovery or whether it once again faces renewed pressure in the sessions ahead.
Karachi Silver Prices Hold Around Rs. 6,290
At Rs. 6,291 per tola, Karachi silver prices are holding just below the Rs. 6,300 level that has served as a recurring reference point throughout the second half of July and into early August.

International silver at $58.12 per ounce has also recovered back above the $58 mark, reflecting a modestly improved global picture heading into the new week.
Market Outlook Tentatively More Positive
Karachi silver prices today continue to be influenced by global industrial demand, particularly from sectors such as electronics and renewable energy, alongside broader shifts in investor sentiment.
Monday’s recovery is a positive development after Saturday’s disappointing start to August, though the scale of the gain and the persistent pattern of failed recoveries over recent weeks means caution remains very much warranted.
Traders and investors will be watching closely whether Karachi silver prices can build on Monday’s recovery and push back above Rs. 6,300 and toward Rs. 6,400 in the sessions ahead, or whether the metal once again faces the renewed selling pressure that has frustrated every significant recovery attempt over the past several weeks.
