Pakistan Time, Schedule and Key Details
This year’s FIFA Club World Cup has produced a historic semi-final lineup, with the top four teams in FIFA’s world rankings reaching the last four for the first time.
Spain (1), Argentina (2), France (3), and England (4) all won their respective groups and advanced through separate knockout pathways created under FIFA’s revised tournament format.
The tournament governing body introduced the new draw system to ensure “competitive balance,” placing the highest-ranked teams in separate sections of the bracket so they could not face each other before the semi-finals.
