The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) announced its Eid ul Adha 2026 gas supply timings, confirming up to 18 hours of gas availability per day across its network to facilitate consumers during the festive period.
According to the official plan, gas supply will remain available with normal pressure in all districts under SNGPL’s jurisdiction during Eid days.
The company said the arrangement aims to ensure smooth household cooking and reduce inconvenience during peak usage hours.

On the first day of Eid, gas will be available from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. On the second and third days, supply will continue from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, providing extended coverage for domestic users throughout the day.
SNGPL also confirmed that gas supply will remain active until 12:00 midnight on the night before Eid, allowing families to prepare meals during Chaand Raat without disruption.
The schedule will officially come into effect from May 26, 2026, as part of the company’s seasonal management plan during high-demand periods.

Meanwhile, Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has announced limited relief measures for Karachi consumers ahead of Eid ul Adha.
The company stated that there will be no gas shutdown during Sehri hours on May 26 in connection with the Day of Arafat, with supply starting from 3:00 am to support households.
However, SSGC confirmed that its regular gas load management schedule will resume from 10:00 am the same day, meaning the relief will only apply during early morning hours.
Media reports also indicated that Karachi may continue to face gas load shedding during Eid ul Adha, although a formal Eid-specific gas schedule for the city has not yet been announced by the SSGC.

The announcements come as gas demand increases significantly during Eid days, when households rely heavily on uninterrupted supply for cooking and preparation of traditional meals.
