The stillness in global bullion markets was reflected in domestic prices, as traders and investors adopted a cautious wait-and-see approach heading into the weekend.
With no fresh economic triggers or significant market developments, buying and selling activity remained subdued throughout the session.
Market watchers will be closely monitoring whether gold prices regain momentum in the coming sessions or continue to trade sideways at current levels following recent volatility.
