Silver prices in Pakistan continued their upward trend on Friday, recording another gain as international bullion markets maintained positive momentum.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat silver per tola increased by Rs. 80, settling at Rs. 8,525.

Similarly, the rate of 24-karat silver per 10 grams rose by Rs. 68, closing at Rs. 7,308.
Silver rates in Pakistan on Friday, May 8, 2026:
- Silver, 24K per tola: Rs. 8,525 (+80)
- Silver, 24K per 10 grams: Rs. 7,308 (+68)
In the international market, silver prices also recorded a rise, gaining $0.80 to settle at $80.41 per ounce.

The continued increase in domestic silver prices reflects sustained strength in global precious metals markets, supported by improving investor sentiment.
Silver, widely used in industrial sectors including electronics and solar panel manufacturing, continued to benefit from strong international demand.
All rates are officially certified by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, based on interbank exchange rates for 999 purity (24K).
