Gold prices in Pakistan extended their downward trend on Friday, slipping further as international bullion rates continued to weaken.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola declined by Rs. 2,900, settling at Rs. 490,862.

Similarly, the rate of 24-karat gold per 10 grams decreased by Rs. 2,486 to Rs. 420,835, while 22-karat gold per 10 grams fell by Rs. 2,279, closing at Rs. 385,779.

Gold rates in Pakistan on Friday, April 24, 2026:

  • Gold, 24K per tola: Rs. 490,862 (-2,900)
  • Gold, 24K per 10 grams: Rs. 420,835 (-2,486)
  • Gold, 22K per 10 grams: Rs. 385,779 (-2,279)

Meanwhile, international gold prices also recorded a decline, dropping by $29 to settle at $4,685 per ounce.

Market analysts attribute the continued fall to ongoing corrections in the global market, as investor sentiment remains cautious amid shifting economic signals and fluctuating demand for safe-haven assets.

All rates are officially certified by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, based on interbank exchange rates for 999 purity (24K).
