Silver prices in Pakistan edged lower on Wednesday, continuing the recent downward trend as the bullion market tracked a minor decline in international rates.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat silver per tola decreased by Rs. 34 to Rs. 8,324.

The downward adjustment reflects mild pressure in global precious metals markets amid cautious investor sentiment.
Similarly, the price of 24-karat silver per 10 grams fell by Rs. 29 to Rs. 7,136.
The decline in domestic silver rates aligns with weakness in the international market, where prices also softened during the latest trading session.
Silver rates in Pakistan for Wednesday, April 22, 2026:
- Silver, 24K per tola: Rs. 8,324 (-34)
- Silver, 24K per 10 grams: Rs. 7,136 (-29)
In the international market, silver prices slipped by $0.34 to settle at $78.40 per ounce.

Market analysts suggest the dip is driven by short-term corrections and cautious trading, although overall demand for silver remains supported by its dual role as an industrial and investment asset.
All rates are officially certified by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, based on interbank exchange rates for 999 purity (24K).
