Pakistan’s leading state-owned energy firm Oil and Gas Development Company Limited has announced its Management Trainee Program 2026, inviting fresh graduates to apply through an online process.
The company has made it mandatory for candidates to submit applications online only, while hard copy submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances during the recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Applicants must have 16 years of education in fields like engineering, management sciences, IT, law, media, or social sciences.
Age:
Candidates must be no older than 26 years.
Academic Requirements:
A minimum CGPA of 2.50 or at least 60% marks (if CGPA is not applicable).
Eligible candidates are required to apply through Institute of Business Administration (IBA) Karachi testing portal, where they must also generate a fee voucher of Rs3,000 and deposit it in a designated bank branch.

According to the announcement, the applicants who successfully submit their forms and pay the processing fee will be shortlisted for the written test, which will be conducted at designated centers by IBA Karachi.
