The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has rolled out an upgraded version of its Pak-ID mobile application. This update aims to improve user experience and streamline identity services.
The new version offers real-time ID tracking and facial biometric verification during the application process. Users can now access family member records without needing biometric input. It also allows appointment booking for NADRA centers through the app.
The interface is now more user-friendly, offering smoother navigation and greater accessibility. NADRA urges citizens to update the app and take advantage of the new features.

The upgrade reflects NADRA’s commitment to digital innovation and public convenience. Citizens can now perform key tasks from home, saving time and avoiding long queues.
Earlier, NADRA launched an online fee payment system through the same app. Applicants can pay for services like the Smart National Identity Card (SNIC), Child Registration Certificate (CRC), and Family Registration Certificate (FRC).
Multiple payment options are available, including debit/credit Visa, Mastercard, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and e-Sahulat. The goal is to make identity services faster, safer, and easier for everyone at home or abroad.
