Saudi Arabia has officially opened applications for its 2025 fully funded scholarship program for international students, including Pakistanis, under the “Study in Saudi Arabia” platform.
The initiative offers thousands of students from around the world the chance to study undergraduate, master’s, and PhD programs at public universities across the Kingdom, without any tuition cost.
Unlike previous years, applicants are no longer required to apply separately to each university.
Instead, students can choose from a list of Saudi universities and submit a single online application through the centralized Study in Saudi Arabia portal. The process is entirely free.
Key Application Deadlines:
- Bachelor’s Degree Programs: June 14, 2025
- Master’s and PhD Programs: October 31, 2025
The fully funded scholarships include a wide range of benefits:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to all nationalities
- Minimum age: 16 years
- Must hold a valid passport (minimum six-month validity)
- Proof of financial support or guarantee
- Medical certificate confirming no contagious diseases
- Applicants under 18 need guardian consent
- Valid medical insurance for the duration of study

Interested students can apply by visiting the official Study in Saudi Arabia portal. Once registered, applicants can browse available programs, select their university of choice, and submit required documents online.
