The Sindh government has introduced the Pink EV Scooty Scheme to offer free electric scooters to female students and working women across the province.
This move, led by the Sindh Transport and Mass Transit Department, is aimed at promoting independence among female students and working women, along with eco-friendly mobility.
Eligibility
To qualify for the free scooty program, the applicants must meet the following conditions:
- The candidate must be a permanent resident of Sindh
- The applicant must be student or employed
- Must have a valid motorbike or car driving license
- Must agree not to sell or rent out the scooter for a minimum of 7 years.
Final recipients will be selected through a transparent balloting process, monitored by media and officials from the Excise, Transport, and Finance departments.

Candidates must also pass a skill test to ensure they are ready for independent riding on roads.
How to Apply:
- Visit the Sindh Mass Transit Authority website.
- Click on the “Projects” tab.
- Select “EV Scooty Ballot Form – Application Form.”
- Fill in the form, upload the required documents, and submit.
The scheme is part of a wider push to empower women through mobility and to reduce carbon emissions by promoting electric vehicles.
