The intense heat in Karachi is expected to subside from today, providing relief to residents, according to weather analysts. Intermittent winds will blow across the city, helping to ease the warm conditions.
Meteorologists predict a further drop in temperature over the weekend, particularly during nighttime.
On Saturday and Sunday nights, Karachi’s temperature is expected to fall between 17°C and 18°C, while suburban areas could experience even cooler conditions, ranging between 14°C and 16°C.
Experts suggest the pleasant weather will likely continue in the coming days.
Meanwhile, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) forecasts warm weather over the next 24 hours, with maximum temperatures between 33°C and 35°C.
The minimum recorded temperature earlier was 21.5°C, while humidity levels remain at 68%.
Additionally, hot and dry northwesterly winds are blowing at a mild pace, with the PMD expecting intermittent strong winds across the metropolis.
