The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) – Karachi division arrested a passenger traveling Saudi Arabia in the guise of Umrah for begging purpose.
FIA officials confirmed that the arrested passenger Muhammad Usman was on the agency’s stop list and had previously been deported from Saudi Arabia for similar activities.
The FIA spokesperson stated that the authorities are conducting strict screening and arresting the passengers traveling to Saudi Arabia for begging at international airports of Pakistan.
The FIA spokesperson confirmed that authorities are enforcing strict screening procedures to stop passengers from traveling to Saudi Arabia for begging.
The FIA has been actively arresting individuals attempting to travel for this purpose at international airports across Pakistan, as per spokesperson.
Following the arrest, the accused has been transferred to the Anti-Human Trafficking Circle Karachi for further legal action.
