Tonight, stargazers are in for a rare celestial treat as six planets – Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, Saturn, and Venus – form a stunning planetary parade.
This event, which occurs when planets align on the same side of the sun, offers an opportunity to view a striking lineup in the sky.
For those eager to witness the spectacle, the Virtual Telescope Project in Italy is offering a free live webcast tonight on its YouTube channel, January 26, starting at 10:00 PM (Pakistan Local Time).
Astrophysicist Gianluca Masi will guide viewers through the event, streaming live telescope views of all six planets in order, with some visible to the naked eye.
The planetary parade has been visible since January 18 and will continue into early February. While bright planets like Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, and Venus can be seen without equipment, spotting Uranus and Neptune requires binoculars or a telescope.
You can tune into the live stream on the Virtual Telescope Project’s website or YouTube channel.
