According to a report by the Department of Health, 8,653 doses of AstraZeneca, have been lost.
Other than that, 8,632 doses of Sinovac 5,892 doses of Sinopharm, 3,984 doses of Pakvac have also been lost.
At least 3 doses of the Pfizer vaccine and 9 doses of the modern vaccine have been lost so far.
According to Jang, more than 80% of the vaccines have been lost in Karachi. All District Health Officers (DHOs) are subordinate to the Director of Health, who is responsible for vaccination delivery.
