K Electric has requested an increase in the price of electricity to Rs14.53 per unit.
K Electric is seeking an increase in terms of quarterly adjustment for April 2022, Nepra will hear K Electric’s request tomorrow.
A request has also been made to make electricity cheaper by 3.47 rupees in the monthly fuel adjustment, a relief of 6 billion 25 crore rupees will be made from the monthly fuel adjustment.
Nepra will also consider K Electric’s July fuel adjustment request, K Electric filed separate requests for quarterly and monthly fuel adjustments.
