Karachi woman found dead

A woman’s body was discovered in a guest house located at Shahrah-e-Faisal, after which her father filed a police case against her ex-husband, Muhammad Aadil.

The case was registered at Tipu Sultan Police Station after the victim’s father stated that his daughter, Erum, was murdered by her ex-husband, Aadil, and demanded action against him.

According to the father’s statement, at 11 PM, his niece informed him that Erum had been killed by her ex-husband. Upon reaching the guest house with his brother, they found her body in the washroom.

He further stated that Erum was at work in the Nursery area with her daughter and a relative when Aadil called her aside, saying he had something important to discuss. He then took her to the second floor of the guest house and killed her with a sharp weapon.

Police confirm that Aadil is absconding, but efforts are underway to arrest him. Law enforcement officials have conducted raids at Burns Road and I.I. Chandrigarh Road but have yet to locate him.

The victim, a resident of Chanesar Goth, was reportedly seen entering the hotel with Aadil, who allegedly slit her throat in the room.
