In a move to facilitate citizens across the province, Sindh government has introduced online driving license services.
Whether a learner license, renewal of a non-commercial license, or an international driving permit, the entire process can be completed online in a few simple steps.
People willing to get the learning license can get it after logging into the DLS website and after 42 days, they can apply for a permanent license from any of the branch across the province.
How to applying for a learner license
1: If you are a first-time applicant, follow these steps to get your learner license:
- Create an Account & Login
2: Register or log in to the official DLS online platform to start your application.
- Fill Out the Application Form
3: Enter all required details accurately to ensure a smooth process.
- Generate a Bill ID
4: After submitting your application, a unique bill number will be generated for fee payment.
- Confirm Payment
5: Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation.
- Print Your Learner License
Download and print your learner license directly from the system.
How to renew an expired license online:
The applicant has to login to the website and search for existing license details.
- Fill Application Form – Provide accurate details.
- Generate Bill ID & Pay – Make payment and confirm.
- Approval Process – The application is reviewed.
- Processing & Dispatch – The renewed license is issued and delivered to the applicant’s residence.
How to apply for international driving permit (IDP) online:
- Login & Fill Form – Register and enter details.
- Generate Bill ID & Pay – Complete payment process.
- Approval & Dispatch – The IDP is processed and sent to the applicant’s house.
