The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Karachi has initiated an inquiry into the management of M/s Bahria Town (Pvt.) Karachi over allegations of cheating the public through its housing projects.
The inquiry focuses on claims that the company misappropriated funds by accepting payments from buyers and not delivering on their promised properties.
The NAB urged the victims of this alleged fraud to submit their complaints within 30 days of the publication of this notice.
Complaint Process:
The victims can send their complaints via post to NAB Karachi at the address advertised on the public notice or emailed to btkcase.nabk@nab.gov.pk, meanwhile, an online form is also available on the NAB website for the victims.
Required documents:
The individuals affected by investing in the Bahria town or other housing schemes must attach these documents to file a complaint in NAB.
- Copy of their CNIC
- An affidavit (available on NAB’s website)
- Other relevant documents such as allotment letters, payment receipts, contracts, or cheque copies.
NAB has stressed to the victims that complaints received after 25 February 2025 will not be processed.
The public is also encouraged to inform other affected individuals to help strengthen the case.
