The senior minister of Sindh, Sharjeel Inam Memon, directed to encourage the new filmmakers and playwrights in the province.
The first meeting of the Content and Production Oversight Board was held under the chairmanship of Sharjeel Memon, in which he stated that the Sindh government is following the policy of promoting drama, film, and other related creative works.
Memon stated that the Content and Production Oversight Board has been formed to promote social development.
He said that new writers and production houses producing creative dramas and films will be encouraged by the government.
Sharjeel Memon also said that necessary financial support will be provided to complete the creative work with the approval of the board.
In this meeting, members also suggested to make the Content and Production Oversight Board effective.
