In a significant move, 233 Sub-Inspectors of Sindh Police, including two female officers, have been promoted to the rank of Inspectors, according to a notification issued by the department.
As per the issued notification, out of the 233 promoted Sub-Inspectors, 191 were given unconditional promotions, while 42 received conditional promotions.
A total of 345 Sub-Inspectors had been considered by the Departmental Promotion Committee for this progress, with the remaining 112 not selected due to disciplinary proceedings and other internal matters.
The promoted officers are stationed across various ranges and districts of Sindh as confirmed by a spokesperson for the Sindh Police.
