The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecasted that Karachi is likely to experience Siberian winds starting from tomorrow which will intensify the cold wave.
Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfaraz stated that the city will experience strong northeasterly winds on December 24 and 25, with speeds ranging from 25 to 35 kilometers per hour.
Meanwhile, these winds are expected to bring a noticeable drop in temperature.
During the day, Karachi is likely to see temperatures around 25°C during days, while at night, temperatures could dip to between 9°C and 11°C, with the cold feeling more intense due to the Siberian winds.
