The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has confirmed that flight operations at all airports, including Islamabad, are continuing as usual.
The CAA clarified that reports circulating on social media about international passengers being stopped at Islamabad Airport are false.
The authority labeled these claims as fake news and urged the public to rely only on official channels for information.
Sources revealed that legal action has been taken against the account responsible for spreading the misinformation.
The CAA reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining smooth flight operations across Pakistan.
It is worth mentioning here that despite facing hurdles of bans on gatherings in Islamabad and Punjab, PTI leaders announced a power show on November 24.
PTI founder and former prime minister Imran Khan has issued a “final call” for nationwide protests on November 24 (Sunday), denouncing what he described as the stolen mandate, the unjust arrests of people and the passage of the 26th amendment, which strengthened a “dictatorial regime”.
