The largest cruise liner in history reaches Pakistan for shipbreaking

The world’s largest cruise ship has been brought to Pakistan to be broken down.

The ship is said to have 14 floors and 1411 rooms. Among other amenities, the ship used to boast of a 7-star hotel, shopping malls, gaming zones and three large halls.

It is being said that work at the shipbreaking yard has been severely affected due to the ship’s presence. Furthermore, it is being said that the ship may end up not being broken down at all as the private company responsible for bringing it to Pakistan is considering turning it into a hotel.

The ship was allegedly first made in Italy and then refurbished in 2012. Experts in the matter claim that it can be used for another 10 to 15 years.
