Names of chalia smuggling network members added to immigration’s watchlist

Imran Noorani, the key figure behind the Chalia smuggling network from Balochistan to Karachi in the Karachi Customs Mega Scam, has been included in the Immigration’s Personal Name Identification List (PNIL). Additionally, the names of five other customs officers implicated in the FIA case have also been added to the watchlist.

The individuals whose names were added to the PNIL include Collectors Saqib Saeed, Usman Bajwa, Aamir Thahim, Grade 16 Officer Yawar Abbas, and Tariq Mehmood.

Following their involvement in the Chalia smuggling case, these customs officers have been missing for a week. The Deputy Director, Javed Baloch, has sent a letter to the Director of PNIL Immigration to register their names.
