The meteorological department has said that the temperature of Karachi is expected to decrease by 2 to 3 degrees from Sunday.
Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfraz said that from Sunday, sea breezes may blow in the city during the day.
Temperatures may reach 34 degrees from Monday.
Sardar Sarfaraz said that Karachi recorded one of the hottest temperatures on Thursday. The maximum temperature recorded was 36.2 degrees.
He said that the normal average temperature for a day in March is 32.6 degrees.
The weather will remain hot in Karachi on Friday and Saturday the mercury may reach 35 to 37 degrees Celsius. During this time, winds will continue to blow from the north-east and south-west.
