Meteorological Department Director Sardar Sarfaraz has predicted a two-day heatwave in Karachi on Saturday and Sunday.
As per the forecast, the temperature is expected to rise up to 40 degrees Celsius.
The official stated that the sea breeze is expected to halt, followed by high temperature.
As per the weather department, temperature soar to 39 degrees Celsius on Saturday and 12 percent humidity was recorded in the air.
Weather is expected to be dry in most of the country over the weekend.
Next week is expected to witness a slight cooling down off temperature.
