Sui SouthernGas Company’s spokesperson has admitted that gas pressure is extremely low for domestic consumers in Karachi.
In a statement, the company admitted that the gas demand of the system is 1270 MMCF and the company is getting 1013 MMCF gas for supply due to which the shortfall is 257 MMCF.
The spokesman said that 640 MMCF gas is being supplied to Karachi and the gas pressure in non-commercial areas has become very low.
Karachi has been facing a gas crisis since before the beginning of this winter.
