The price of 24-karat gold per 10 grams rose by Rs. 257 to Rs. 366,714, while 22-karat gold per 10 grams gained Rs. 235, settling at Rs. 336,166.

Today’s gold rates in Karachi and Pakistan, July 25, 2026:

  • Gold, 24K per tola: Rs. 427,736 (+300)
  • Gold, 24K per 10 grams: Rs. 366,714 (+257)
  • Gold, 22K per 10 grams: Rs. 336,166 (+235)

International gold prices also edged marginally higher, rising by $3 to settle at $4,053 per ounce, holding close to Friday’s closing level and suggesting the global market is consolidating rather than continuing its pullback.

The small uptick in global gold rates was reflected in domestic pricing, with today’s gold rates in Karachi advancing modestly across all categories throughout the session.

While the gain is minimal in absolute terms, it marks a positive shift in direction after two consecutive sessions of losses and suggests the market is finding some degree of equilibrium around current levels.

Gold Rates in Karachi Stabilise After a Two-Session Pullback

Saturday’s marginal gain follows Friday’s sharp decline of Rs. 4,600 per tola, which had pushed domestic gold prices down to Rs. 427,436, and Thursday’s more contained dip of Rs. 1,800 per tola to Rs. 432,036.

Together, those two sessions had given back Rs. 6,400 per tola of the powerful four-session recovery that had lifted gold rates in Karachi from their historic lows of Rs. 421,836 per tola recorded on July 17.

Saturday’s Rs. 300 per tola gain is modest but meaningful as the first positive session since Wednesday’s surge, and the fact that gold rates in Karachi have held so close to Friday’s closing level, with only a marginal improvement, suggests the market is pausing and consolidating rather than immediately resuming the recovery.

The broader picture, however, remains considerably more positive than it was at last week’s lows, with prices still holding a net gain of around Rs. 6,000 per tola since the bottom.

Gold Rates in Karachi Hold Steadily Above Rs. 425,000

At Rs. 427,736 per tola, today’s gold rates in Karachi remain comfortably above the Rs. 425,000 level that had proven so difficult to hold during the worst of the mid-July sell-off.

Internationally, gold at $4,053 per ounce continues to hold a comfortable distance above the $4,000 threshold whose breach had marked a historic low for global markets just over a week ago, reflecting a broadly more stable global picture.

Market Outlook Cautiously Steady

Gold rates in Pakistan continue to be shaped by global economic signals, currency movements, and investor sentiment.

Saturday’s quiet and contained session heading into the weekend offers a degree of reassurance after a turbulent week, and with prices holding above key support levels, the near-term picture is marginally more positive than it was 24 hours ago.

Traders and investors will be watching closely at the start of next week whether gold rates in Karachi can build on Saturday’s stabilisation and resume the broader recovery, or whether the market remains in a holding pattern before its next directional move emerges.

All rates are officially certified by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, based on interbank exchange rates for 999 purity (24K).
