Pakistan’s bullion market recorded a significant decline on Monday, as gold prices dropped sharply in line with a steep pullback in global markets.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola fell by Rs. 5,300, settling at Rs. 488,362.

Similarly, the rate of 24-karat gold per 10 grams declined by Rs. 4,544, closing at Rs. 418,691, while 22-karat gold per 10 grams dropped by Rs. 4,165 to Rs. 383,814.

- Gold, 24K per tola: Rs. 488,362 (–5,300)
- Gold, 24K per 10 grams: Rs. 418,691 (–4,544)
- Gold, 22K per 10 grams: Rs. 383,814 (–4,165)
Meanwhile, international gold prices recorded a sharp decline of $53, settling at $4,660 per ounce.

The steep drop in global bullion markets weighed heavily on domestic gold prices, as investors reacted to shifting international market trends and reassessed their positions.
All rates are officially certified by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, based on interbank exchange rates for 999 purity (24K).
